Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy Safari bookings are controlled by the Forest Department and follow strict cancellation rules. As a booking facilitator, we must comply with these guidelines.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy – Explore Jungle Safari

    Safari Booking Cancellation

    • 0–7 days before safari date: 0% refund (100% cancellation charges)

    • 8–15 days before safari date: 25% refund (75% cancellation charges)

    • 16–30 days before safari date: 50% refund (50% cancellation charges)

    • Safari date se 24 hours ke andar cancellation / no-show: 0% refund

    • Forest entry fees & government safari tickets are non-refundable in all cases.

    Hotel Booking Cancellation

    (Hotel-wise policy applicable — below is a standard guideline)

    • 0–3 days before check-in: 0% refund

    • 4–7 days before check-in: 25% refund

    • 8–15 days before check-in: 50% refund

    • 16 days or more before check-in: 75% refund

    • No-show / Early check-out: 0% refund

    • Final refund will be processed as per the respective hotel’s cancellation policy.

    Tour Package Cancellation (Safari + Hotel + Transport)

    • 0–7 days before tour date: 0% refund

    • 8–15 days before tour date: 25% refund

    • 16–30 days before tour date: 50% refund

    • 31 days or more before tour date: 75% refund

    • Refund amount will be calculated after deducting non-refundable safari tickets, hotel charges, and service fees.

    Important Notes

    • All cancellations must be made in writing (WhatsApp / Email).

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

    • In case of forest closure, weather conditions, or government orders, refunds will be processed as per concerned authority rules.

    • Explore Jungle Safari acts as a booking assistance provider and has limited control over third-party refunds.
